  1. Your response to any situation problem / inconvenience depends directly on your subconscious mind. It is the result of your own experience
  2. Based on your experience or training you may feel that a problem is big or small for you to handle.
  3. Your physical health, surroundings in which you live, climatic conditions are also factors that can influence you decisions in response to an eventuality.
Managing Stress
  1. Sudden Deadlines.               
    Break the job into small segments and then give just priority to each segment with proper time frames to their completion. "Divide and Rule"

  2. You should be more positive in your approach. Although you must have failed many times earlier you should be more focussed on the activities that lead to accomplish your goals .
  3. Cultivate the inner strength to reach a goal.
  4. If you are preoccupied with a single occupation throughout the day it may result in stress and obsession.
  5. Plan your day well so that you are able to do other necessary activities also.
  6. You should believe in your team. Proper delegation of the responsibilities to the team members can ease stress / tense situations. It requires good team management skills to realise the fruits of collective work.
Crises / Unexpected Events
  1. Always be prepared for the worst and hope for the best. However big a problem may be it can still be solved through proper use of your mind, management skills , etc.
  2. Always try to be humble and down to earth. Realise early the problems / inconvenience that may arise out of a real life situation.
  3. Think positively. Believe in yourself 'Yes I can handle this situation if I ever come across it.'
  4. Do yoga if you can. Perform some physical exercises to keep your body, fighting fit. Meditate . This will give you you the energy and equilibrium to manage unexpected events.  
Fired

You could be fired due to a bad relationship with your boss / recessionary trends of the economy / or your lack of confidence and ability to handle a problem situation at hand.
  1. Do not lose your self-confidence even when you are sacked .
  2. Maintain your self-esteem . Believe in yourself and your abilities. Keep good relationships . Eventually you will be able to find a newer and better opportunity.
  3. Manage well with your purse and time, to seek an opportunity as soon as possible.
  4. Find a good recruitment agency that can help you out with the problem. Be honest with the people from whom you seek help / advice / service.
