How
do I apply for a job ?

Sign-up
as a new candidate. Remember to read the instructions
carefully before entering your data.

Use the
login name and password that you entered during the registration
process to enter the site

Select
the option "Apply for a job" from the left hand
side bar of the page. Select a job of your choice. Click
the Apply Now button. Now you only have to submit your
ratings for the skills listed. Clicking the submit button
will make you an applicant for the job selected. Alternately
you can select a job from the Hot Jobs option and submit
your ratings for the job. This would also make you
an applicant for the job selected.
How
do I fill up the form ?

- Please
fill all the fields for better processing of the form. Scroll
down till you reach end of form.
- Clicking on submit button
anywhere on the form will submit all data.
- If you are modifying any
data on the form please click submit to confirm the change.
- For details like Project
Details, Achievements , etc please cut and paste the data
in the "OTHER DETAILS" text box area at the bottom
of the form.
- Please fill the login and
password fields carefully. Login should be entered so that
is unique.
- Use [ 0 - 9 ] only in numeric
fields . Don't use commas / spaces / etc in them.
- After filling the form login
again, apply for a job and submit your ratings.
- Please enter only one valid,
regularly used e-mail address in the e-mail.
- If you happen to see asterisk
* in front of a field that means you have to complete that
field.
Can
I enter my resume in anticipation of a job ?

Yes
! you can register and enter your resume in anticipation of
a job, When an appropriate job comes up your resume will be
put up automatically. Besides, you will be sent an e-mail
which will require you to apply for a job so that you can
enter your skills and ratings for that particular job.
After
applying for a job it could possibly take between 15 days
to 3 months for the resume to be processed. If you are not
selected for a particular job you could also be eligible for
other jobs that may come up for the organisation applied.
You
will be contacted through e-mail or telephone as may be appropriate
for the employer.
Can
I upload my resume in text or word format ?

There
is no option to upload your resume directly. This option is
not made available since it goes against the basic principles
of automating the selection process in a speedy and unbiased
manner. However, if you have certain special skills or want
to expand on the data already registered on the registration
form you could enter it or paste it in the text box provided
at the end of the registration form.
